2024年2月27日，軍事醫學研究院王以政團隊在 Cell 子刊 Cell Reports 上發表了題為：BLA-DBS improves anxiety and fear by correcting weakened synaptic transmission from BLA to adBNST and CeL in mouse model of foot shock的研究論文。該研究在BLA-DBS改善PTSD小鼠模型中綜合利用環路示蹤、光纖記錄、光遺傳以及腦片電生理等技術，揭示了BLA谷氨酸能神經元興奮性突觸傳遞在PTSD恐懼、焦慮樣行為產生和BLA-DBS效應中神經生物學機制。
